Ingredients
- 250 g All-purpose, plain flour
- 3.5 g Fast action dried yeast
- 1 tbsp White sugar
- 180 mL Warm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 80 mL Pasata or pizza sauce
- 100 g Mozzarella, shredded
- 40 g Cheddar, shredded

Instructions
- 1 Combine the yeast, sugar and warm water in a large mixing bowl (or the bowl of a standmixer). Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until the top is frothy.

Once frothy, add the flour, salt and oil to the yeast mixture.- 3
Using a handmixer (or a standmixer) with dough hook attachments, mix on low for about a minute until the ingredients are combined. Then increase the speed to low-medium and keep mixing until a smooth dough forms after approximately 5 minutes. The dough should bounce back when poked.- 4
Shape the dough into a tight ball and place it in a lightly oiled large bowl. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place. Let it rise for about 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in size.- 5
Preheat the oven to 220°C.- 6
When the dough has doubled, remove it from the bow and shape it into a 30cm/12” circle on a lightly floured surface, leaving a thicker rim around the outside edge.- 7
Transfer the dough to a lined baking tray (and reshape if needed).- 8
Top the base with sauce, Then sprinkle on the cheeses.- 9
